If you live in Cape Town, take advantage of Silvermine Reserve reopening and the good weather this weekend and try this walk to the Silvermine Waterfall. It is quite majestic at the moment after all the rain. The walk is flat and easy (if you don’t do the decent to the bottom of the falls) and perfect for little legs, with a wonderful reward in the form of the waterfall at the end. Take some snacks and have a little picnic in the flat ricks at the top and admire the views.
Area: Silvermine Nature Reserve Time/Distance: 1 hour / 2.8km
