Our #PowerEdWeekendIdea this week is to head to the Upper Liesbeek River Garden in Newlands to find some shade and enjoy the cool waters of the Liesbeek River. Children can discover crabs, tadpoles and indigenous fish and then use the natural rock stepping stones to criss-cross the river onto either bank. There are also lovely picnic areas.
